Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I purchased a 05 dodge ram 2500 from Carter county dodge for $14;000 and they failed to disclose to me it had a bad engine in it. When I brought this to their attention a couple of days later they said to bring it back and they would see what they could do to make it right. I took it back as soon as I could and the only thing they would do is give me $3000 credit on another vehicle

You bought a 12(TWELVE) year old truck As-Is and without having it checked out by a mechanic BEFORE you bought it. What do you think "As-Is" means? It doesn't mean "As-Is...well unless something is wrong". It doesn't mean "We went through this truck with a fine tooth comb". It means that they don't guarantee a thing with anything and everything that is wrong with this truck is your responsibility once you buy it.
I wonder if you even test drove it?
Now, I hear you now..but..but..but..they have a responsibility to disclose any issues. Yes, and you would have to PROVE that they knew there was this issue. Car dealers do not go looking for problems, they bring them in, clean them up, and sell them as fast as they can for as much as they can.
