Cartier Boutique in the US have monopolized the repair/service of their watches by refusing to sell you the owners of their products and or the watchmaker's of your choice, the necessary parts for the proper repairs/service of their Cartier watches. The "Complete Service", properly define on Cartier's website, is not performed, your own movement for the great majority will be exchanged or discarded and replaced by one of their choices, new or rebuilt.
