I received a bid from this company, and hired them to do my backyard. They started the prep work a few days later after receiving the deposit. Then, there was nothing done for two straight weeks. I called them, emailed them, and texted them. They kept promising they would come and begin the job. Two months later, the job was still nowhere near complete. I had to beg them just to finish the small section they started. In the process, they destroyed my front yard, and never bothered to fix it. Now, they are asking for the full amount of the bid when only a small part of the job was done. What a joke.

When the home owner originally signed the contract. I explained to the owner that we where backed up and it would take at least, four to five months to finish the job. Which he agreed upon.
The contract states unit prices, which we installed upon the owner’s request. Then after 60 days the owner requested that we only finish the upper level of the backyard. By time of completion, he was very happy. we submitted a bill for the unit prices on the contract. He said he would “NOT” pay the final bill amount of $12.358.00. I requested several times to meet with the owner to figure things out, but he refused to meet.
In the end our company was left with no choice but to file a lien on his property.
