Cash Advance INC Richard Foster He has placed a warrant for my arrest Hayward California
*General Comment: I receieved the exact same e-mail with the same amount owed.
*Consumer Comment: Wait... what?
This Richard Foster keeps sending me e-mails stating that he has a warrant issued for me to be picked up for a old payday loan that I was suppose to have taken out back in2011 he even put the warrant number in there LAUS-6025 . He should go get himself a job instead of trying to reep people off . I gat a lot of these e-mails . They don't send warrants out by e-mail . Also there isn't any debtor prisions in this country . Some thing needs to be done with these idots . I know better than to belive any thing in the e-mail. But there is a lot of people that don't any better and they are being ripped off .

I receieved the exact same e-mail with the same amount owed. Even the Warrant #, WARRANT NO: LAUS-6025, is the same. At the top, it has my name, an address of a home I sold three years ago, and my Social Security number. I've never applied for a payday loan nor do I owe any money to anyone that hasn't been paid. This e-mail is a scam. I suggest printing it out and taking it to your local P.D and filing a report. Also contact the Credit Bureaus and put an alert on your credit.

Ok, first of all, you are admitting to having taken out a loan in 2011. So the loan was never paid back I take it? Can you clarify some of your history with that because you seem to be leaving information out?
To clarify, defrauding a Payday loan store can be a FELONY and yes you can go to jail for it. I had known someone who cancelled a check that was issued as payment to a Payday loan store and the police came to cart that person off to jail and had said it was a federal offence (Felony) and you can face quite a bit of jail time for it. So you may want to rethink any attempts to defraud these loan stores. Yes there are "Debtor prisons"; they are called "White collar prisons".
You are not coming off as very intelligent in your post. Next time I recommend you get a spell checker. I mean seriously "reep people off"? Spell checkers are everywhere, I'm sure you can find one.
