CASH ADVANCE INC This company sent me an email stating that I owe them $1450.61 and that I had 4 hours to respond. What made me suspicious was that they stated they had contacted me in March; which is a lie. Also the fact that I don't have a payday loan is another reason I got suspicious. Hayward CA

 This company stated that legal proceedings have been brought against me because I took out a payday loan with this company and did not pay it back. It also stated that they had contacted me in March which is absolutely untrue adn that I had 4 hours to respond them before my case will be downloaded.   What is strange about this is the fact that no contact number was listed, I have not taken out a payday loan and the fact that he said I had 4 hours to respond to him was riduculous. I thought debt collectors made direct contact with the person, not through an email. This is a straight up scam.
