The company Cash Advance USA has been calling my home phone for three months threatening me stating that I took out a cash advance with them in the amount of $300 which they are claiming was deposited into my Wells Fargo bank account. I never received $300 dollars from this company because first of all I never signed up for a cash advance from them and secondly, I contacted my bank, Wells Fargo and checked my bank account and $300 was never deposited into this bank account at any time. Cash Advance USA is claiming that they are going to take me to court for intentions of not paying back this cash advance that i never requested nor received. I am tired of the threatening phone calls from this company.

Cash Advance USA is still having a collection agency that has people calling me sounding like they are from India keep harassing me stating that there is a legal suit in me name stating that I took out a cash advance from Cash Advance USA in the amount of $300 and will not stop calling and harassing me. This is really making me angry.
