Cash America $10,000 Loan approved from Cash Advance Nationwide

I got a call on 9/29/15 from Frank stating I was approved for a $10,000 Cash America loan. I had never applied for one and I also have Lifelock. When I asked him when the loan was done and what info did he have to verify me, he said it was done in August and that he had my social, Medicare # (too young for Medicare), bank info and DOB. When I questioned him he started accusing me of being a scam artist trying to get information and then proceeded to use profanity. I put him on hold, pulled out my cell and opened the voice recorder. I then asked for him to repeat what he said. after 30 seconds of silence he repeated the profanity and I have it recorded.
