CASH CALL RIPOFF LOAN SHARKS Anaheim Internet

I got a loan from CashCall on 11/09/2005, to pay for my wedding. Yes, I knew the interest rate was high, but I didnt think that it was this bad. I have paid $251.00 for 20 months, which is $5,020.00. I called today thinking I had enough to payoff the loan, the customer service rep that i spoke with stated that only $1.10 out of each payment has been actually applied to the loan. So I have paid so far a whooping $20.00 to the loan.

Then I tried getting details to my loan cause it was suppose to be for 5 years, and no penalties for pay it off early. The rep told me that my loan is for 10 years, and if I choose to pay it off now I would be paying $5,400 which is more than my loan to beginning with. She also told me that when the loan is paid off if i paid the regular amount for the next 8 years i will be paying over $30,000 to them, for a $5,000 loan!!

I am waiting for them to send me the contract i signed to see what terms i signed on with. Of coursse I havent received anything yet. Never use Cashcall, i will never be using that again!!
