The agent, Jack Smith, rewuied me to purchase a network card at $160, insurance at $275, and a green dot card at $260 dollars in order to receive a $5000 installment loan. He must be identified, charged, and prosecuted for internet fraud,

These people are beyond the US reach most overseas. Sorry you lost your money but you either get a loan or not. No loan requires money upfront but a scam.
