Joan Williams, Karim West Ripoff Harassment Oaks Pennsylvania

I have taken out a loan online through this company and I signed a contract online without even reading it. I did not know that they will be getting the amount right away from my checking account. I did not have sufficient funds at the time the loan should have been repaid. They keep calling my work and theatened me that they will call my payroll department also. I asked them if I could make payments on my loan which they declined. This Joan Williams told me"I do not care" borrow from someone." I have another loan from cash central and they are very nice when I told them I cannot pay my loan right away they gave me an option to make two payments. I know that there is a law that if they are collecting from you they cannot harass you or use profane language nor threaten you.

My question is, is there a law that governs this payday loan companies?
