cash usa adavanc mr jones gave me a loan that i never revice and i have to pay them back or i go to jail Internet

 a few months ago i recive a call on my cell the person name was jones. He said that i got a loan from cash usa advance and he had my job number, my cell , my husband cell ,my last four of my s.s and bank name. It was more than one person calling last night their kept calling my job. When i spoke to mr jones i told him that i never got any pay loan in my bank account. mr jones said i would have to pay almost 6000 dollars. That i commit fraud and i would be arrested and go to jail for 3 years

so i ask him he can give me the name of company and telephone number, he gave me the name and his phone number.He was yelling at me and told had this can all go way if i gave them 500 dollars right now so i told him no he yell and said you will be in jail so my husband took the phone and told them that he was recording them he was quite but told my husband that he is going to be sent back to his counary.I then went on online and saw that it was not only my self their was doing this too, its all a scam some one really need to stop mr jones and his company not to get hard working people money.
