Cashback International LLC / Funray Spas These two companies ripped me off for $2852. on the purchase of a pool table . they just disappeared Ripoff Dover / Denver Delaware

I responded to an add,by Funray spas,in a local newspaper that had a really good price on the purchase of a new pooltable.I bought a table and was given a refund voucher from cashbackinternational to refund to me a portion of the purchase price of the table after a waiting period of 39 months. I jumped through all their hoops and was very meticulous in having all their paperwork in proper order. At the end of the 39 month waiting period , I returned the voucher for my refund only to find out that both of these companies have disappeared . Sounds like a scam to me .
