CASHMAX AUTO TITLE LOANS Reynoldsburg Ohio CASHMAX AUTO TITLE LOANS Repo of my truck when I had a promise to pay agreement day after Christmas! Columbus Ohio
*General Comment: Shifting Blame...
I called in December 22nd to ask if would be possible to pay the loan the Friday after Christmas so I could get some gifts for my family. I spoke to the girl an entire 5 minutes about the situation , she said she would note the account and it was no problem. The day after Christmas, They came and Repoed it Anyway! I begged for them to help me and listen to the recorded call but no one there cares and has told me I am out of luck. I can't believe some girl forgetting to push the computer keys has caused my to lose my truck, and next will be my job and then my house. CASHMAX has ruined my family's life. Unbelievable it's that easy to take from us little people. Shame on your company.

Shifting Blame...
AUTHOR: John - (United States)

You have a payment due, but you want to put off making the payment so you can "buy Christmas presents for your kids." First, I feel sorry for your kids to have such a ridiculously irresponsible parent, juggling a high-interest loan and Christmas presents. Second, when you got the loan you knew when the payment would be due. Try saving some money bit by bit over the course of the year for Christmas presents.
Then you tell us you lost your truck because "some girls didn't push a button." Um, no. You lost your truck because some idiot didn't make his payment. That's the guy in the mirror. It tells us everything we need to know about you that you think someone else is to blame for your failure to make your payment so you could buy Christmas presents. Seriously, give your kids up for adoption to someone who can make their car payment AND budget for presents at the same time- and won't blame others for their failure to get the hell organized.
