on monday 9*21*09 my mother recieved a call from a law firm chad smith and she needed to pay back a loan from cashnet. she was told if she didn't pay she would be arrested the next day. We called cashnet they said no it was a scam. the very next day they called asking for me saying that I owed for borrrowing money in 2008. This time they said they were david morgan a law office investigating cybercrimeand that cashnt was federally funded ad he was federal processor at this phone number 914-373-7099. it was the same # they gave the day before for my mom to call back.
