Cashnetbank - Steve Johnson claimed To Be Legal Representation Claimed I owed loan in amount of $783.81 Internet

I was contacted by Steve Johnson indicating that he was legal representative for Cashnet Bank. I asked what was the loan for and who and he went on to read some legal affidavit. I asked for the number of the original creditor, and he stated he could not provide me with the information until I sent $300 within 3 hours. I explained to him that I would not pay anything until I got a print out from my bank indicating that the money was actually deposited into my account. He wanted me to send a letter of apology and make arrangements. My letter was not a letter of apology, it stated I would not take care of this matter until I received my banks records to verify the deposit was valid. Steve claimed it was from 2007, and according to my bank records, no deposit was made to my account.

The individual did have a heavy Indian accent. When questioned if I could speak to someone else because I couldn't understand, he stated, "just listen, because I am trying to help you". I hjave no record of ever receiving this so call cash advance.
