I don't know who Mr. Baicy is but if I was him I would sue you for slander. Again, you prove your low quality of character by dragging someone's name through the mud that didn't have anything to do with writing my report. Just a perfect example of the quality of work, research and accuracy people can expect from this firm. It would not surprise me if I receive an invoice for the three bogus hours it took you to write the rebuttal. I am thankful for sites like these that let people voice thier opinion and experiences in an effort to make other consumers aware, without having it deleted off their site. Thank you ripoff report.

The author, who has never been a client, is submitting another false report.  His name is Thomas Owen Baicy, who is the opposing party involving our client, and the mother of his child.  He has filed ethics complaints against each of our attorneys.  Both complaints have been dismissed by the Wash. St. Bar. Assoc..  Due to Mr. Baicy's repeated frivoulous filings with the court involving our client, the court has limited his ability to file motions or petitions, which is a very rare action courts take.  He has been repeatdly found in contempt of court due wilfully refusing to pay child support, and violating the parenting plan.  In addition, he has been ordered to pay thousands in legal fees due to his behavior.  Multiple court officers has found him to be an angry and defiant individual.  In fact, Mr. Baicy posted this report just after a court found him in contempt of court, again, for wilfully refusing to follow the parties' parenting plan, and order of child support; increasing the amount of sanctions; and threatening him with jail if he doesn't start complying with court orders.  His report is bogus!
