Avoid these two hustlers!! Richard cassady and his partner heritage filer are two unethical seattle lawyers stealing from the public. Money motivates their greed. They have stolen thousands of dollars from me and justified it through bogus work hours. Their game is to persuade you to place a retainer than bleed you with additional fees. The end result is sloppy and unprofessional service justified by lies. There is no worse feeling than getting riped off by two bottom feeders. STAY CLEAR!!

The author, who has never been a client or potential client, is submitting another false report. His name is Thomas Owen Baicy, who is the opposing party involving a former client, and the mother of his child. Nothing he says here is accurate. He is simply an angry individual, who really does not like the mother, who does not like the vast majority of the court orders, including the limitations the court has placed on him due to his behavior, and who is bent on harassing us with many fake reviews. This review is bogus!
