On September 10, my wife and I, hired a contractor do build our extension.  Little did we know that Cathy and Drew Scott had this all plan to rip us off.  He came to our home and created a contract that he had no bond, insurance and his contractor's license was expired. In four months, we did all the communicating with him and came in our home and lied straight to our face that we were in good hands.  We finally had to hire a lawyer after he had blew us off when he never answered our calls. We acutally lost $15302.00 for the down payment he required and to add the retainer fee of $1500.00 to stop these jerks from taking advantage of other people.
