I'm guessing you were rushed on your reply - bit lacking in the"professional" area. I wish you well. God does not give us more than we can handle and I made it through and will. Best of luck in the New Year. Thanks for your insight. I will apply were applicable.

People have different experiences with different companies period. This was not personal or unprofessional but to point out that some people can't communicate. I have seen several complaints but when i say something they listen and it gets done in a reasonable amount of time. You take it how you want it. ok? I always stay positive even in the worse moments. I have got promoted and paid early, so you just have to be patient and work with them. Some people need to growup because they have thousand of contractors, employees and IC's to take care of. They will have better ways to pay in the future, I assure you. This company is not out here to rip people off.

Professional, Friendly and Understanding in ALL my communications

Thomas, I find your remark that I do not know how to communicate properly with the company both personally and professionally offensive. That is an assumption on your part. I have been ever so patient with the company. Friendly in each and every one of my contact, and received the same in return. I strongly believe in "you get more bees with honey". I am thankful that others have not run up against the situations that I have. I to found that they had great work and flexibility. And did ULTIMATELY get payment made and sometimes included a bonus. HOWEVER, I just today received my payment that was due on November 20th (however it is short one project that I will have to follow up on; 3 of 4 were paid). Today is December 27th. I find that that just is not reasonable without some kind of explanation. That was all I was requesting. A mistake once, acceptable; twice - uhh looking at potential problems; three times - there is a problem here. This site, I believe, is to keep consumers apprised of potential problems and possibly to keep companies from unethical business practices. I find shutting down my account and not allowing me to continue to do assignments simply because I expected to be paid as promised - somewhat unsettling. While at least it has eliminated the frustrations it was causing, the work was good and I enjoyed. I wish they had simply paid as promised and there could have continued to be a very profitable relationship between us. I am extremely efficient at what I do and go the extra mile, whether being paid or not, to ensure the client is satisfied. It is unfortunate for Castforce but fortunate for the other companies that will not enjoy the benefit of professional, prompt and courteous work afforded their clients. Thanks for the feedback but it is suppose to be kept factual and not assumption based.
In Christ.
Suzanne

I am an IC for Castforce. This company has been great every single step of the way. They have sent my pays on time and so forth. They have steady work and work within getting u bonuses. The people that have complained about their pay do not know how to communicate to proper people like I and others do.

Unfortunately it has happened AGAIN.

When I first reported the lack of being paid timely, they ultimately issued a check in July for work done in April and after several attempts and excuses.
All work that I had performed for the company had already been reviewed and approved, so the explanation that the work still needed to be reviewed does not hold water. They simply did not process my invoices and payment delayed over 60 days. I was told on different occasions, by different employees, that payment had been sent when in actuality it never had been.
At that time I was having difficulty uploading the reports due to the large size of the file, number of pictures that had to be attached, no possible way of saving work before submitting, and connectivity issues on my side due to where I lived, and very possibly traffic as it was the end of a project and, I believe, everyone was trying to submit. I was regularly getting timeout and would have to re-enter the data, as I mentioned their program had no way of saving before submission. I worked with several of their office personnel who were awesome in assisting so that the reports could be received.
After the project was complete I was asked to not take on any additional projects until I had better connectivity. (No mention of any possible modifications to their program or process of submitting which was also part of the problem. I agreed that until something was better, I would not take on assignments. I ultimately moved into town, (I lived way out in the country) and when I was confident that any issues on my side had been resolved I responded to one of their emails indicating that there were projects available. I requested as procedures required and was authorized to do several sites. These projects had a payout date of November 20th. After completing 2 or 3 of the assigned projects. and having submitted the reports and invoices as required. When I attempted to check the status a short time later, I found my account had been locked and a message to contact the company. I have made several calls and sent emails with no results. This was in mid- to end of October. Payment was to have been on November 20th. To date I have AGAIN not received payment. I did receive an email stating that my payment would be in paid on the December 20-21 check run, No explanation was given.
I have sent a couple of emails to the Operations manager, but have not received any response. Unfortunately, for me, they continue to be sub-standard in their treatment or independent reps an their total disregard. I do not find being paid over 75 days after work has been
It is now November 30th, I am hoping that somehow I will get paid sooner than 3 days before Christmas.

I have gotten two consecutive pays on time and they have 20,000 contractors. I admit even at times it can get frustrating but at the end its worth it. As an independent contractor, you have to keep in touch w/ them to update on projects if things do come up they work w/ u. Extensions work out sometimes but not all the time, so try to keep your schedule as smooth as possible.

I am independent contract for this company and have been offered work with great projects and great support. This person just got frustrated with pay but people have to be patient because they pay monthly. A company would not supply work on their website if someone was not being paid. I enjoy working for this company because they are flexible, and easy to work with. If I have a question then they answer it for me. So, please do not judge!

May be having the same issue - will see!
AUTHOR: Suz2You - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Monday, July 23, 2012
It seems that I am running up against the same issue. I have work that was completed in April and payment was due in May. While most of the invoices were paid, there remain several that have not been paid. Despite my proactive reminder and inquiry prior to this last pay cycle - they were yet "missed" again and I was just told today that it would be next month now. UNACCEPTABLE.
I have had ongoing technical issues and have had to put in extensive amounts of time just to get reports submitted which, I do not know if I am getting compensated for despite my asking. They tend to avoid the important content of emails, when they finally do get around to responding, which can take several days and not until the email has to get aggressive.
I am not that kind of person, BUT, it gets responded. I so hope that this is not happening to me. I very much like the work and the people that I have been working with have been ever so helpful primarily. Remember that whenever these situations arise, the employees we deal with are just the employees and they get their directions from someone higher up.
I would be interested in finding out who is having technical problems getting reports submitted. I cannot even save my reports prior to submission, in the event (95% chance) that it does not make it.
Signed, Continues to be a Believer, for now.
Suzanne

We at Castforce take this accusation very seriously. Each Independent Contractor is paid on time following the specifications on the IC's portal. Pay outs dates are very clear. We also perform quality control checks on each work order via the photos submitted and the invoice forms. We give every Independent Contractor an opportunity to correct any issues before checks are issued. The Independent Contractor was not paid as the check issue date was not due, not that they contacted this site.
