Castle Pay Day Lack of Resonse to Inquiries and Predatory Interest Rates Watersmeet Internet

 I took out a $1000 loan in July with bi-monthly payemnts of $250. The payments have fluctuated between $250 and $275 bi-monthly. I sent three (3) E:Mails and called once. E:Mails were never answered and sccording to them are setting n my Junk Folder - not there. I talked to Castle and asked for an amortization schedule so I knew how much was going to interest and the amount going to the principal. The person I was talking to didn't know what an amortization schedule was. I have paid over $1700 on this loan and feel I am entiled to an answer to my request without being accessed their stiff penalities. Awaitng an amortix=zation schedule in writing not via E:mail that they want to do.
