Castle Resorts International--Ej Walter can't get anyone too call back ,its been almost a year and nothing has been done too sell my timeshare or refund my money back Orlando Florida

I was promised to have my westgate time share sold within 6 months.i was never contacted by them and every time i called it took weeks to get a call back and then i kept getting a run around . i talk too rebecca,and Walter himself to know avail.I have left nasty messages for the last month and still can't get anyone to call or refund my money ,that was to be refunded after 6 months if nothing happpened with selling my timeshare.would love to pursue this matter ,so no one will have too go through what i have.
