The author of this complaint left no name or description of the service we were providing. We checked our records and cannot find a single order open that started in May and finished in September other than several customers who own grills or umbrellas made in china and are waiting for parts. We warn all customers if you purchased a grill or umbrella made in China be prepared to wait and wait and wait....

We performed over 6,000 services this summer with only a hand full of complaints. Our problem rate is less than .001%; I challenge any one to come even close to that.

I tell customers to call any Fortunoff, Harrows, or Offenbauchers store and they will give us a recommendation. In addition we are recommended by many of the top grill and patio furniture manufacturers. These top of the line Grill manufacturers, Lynx, Firemagic, Lazyman, Kalamazoo, Napoleon, and Summerset Grills rely on us exclusively and refer all their customers only to us.

We are the only Patio Service Company on the entire east coast that can fix the large cantilever patio umbrellas at a consumers home and we are the only service company in the whole world that offers a limited lifetime warranty on our replacement umbrella cord. If the cord breaks we replace it at no charge.
