FRAUD, Conspirator, Grand Theft, Real Estate Fraud. Catherine Grant Wieder is a fraud and helping the niece of my friend to steal the house his mother left to him, with a trust, with clearly delineated wishes. Catherine Grant Wieder helped her to secure financing against the house to fund Catherine Grant Wieder's legal fees - what a perfect arrangement. This is a basic bait and switch scheme where Catherine Grant Wieder helped the worthless niece to change provisions in the trust to reflect provisions that previously did not exist. I will update this page with the case number and formal complaints against this POS lawyer.
