ABOOUT A YEAR AGO THIS COMPANY OAM DID THE SAME THING TO MY BELLSOUTH MY PHONE CO. SAID IT WAS BILLING ME FOR A ANWSERING MACHINE SERVICE. THEN AGAIN ON JULY I HAD THEM DO IT TO ME AGAIN.

I DIDNT SIGN UP FOR ANY ANWSERING MACHINE, I DONT HAVE CALLWAVE OR AOL CALL ALERT. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE WITH THIS IS I HAVE A SECRET CODE ON MY PHONE WHERE UNLESS YOU GIVE IT TO THEM YOU CANT MAKE CHANGES BUT SOME HOW THEY BYPASSED THAT.
