Catina Smith TC Smith Enterprises Terrance Smith Failed to pay for work performed. Tampa Floriida

Ms Smith contated me about installing a phone system for her customer who was in my area. We agreed on an hourly rate and awaited delivery of the equipment to the customer site. There were some difficulties and programming and scheduling due to a hurricane during September of 2017. There was also some equipment needed that I provided out of my own stock. The job was completed. And she never paid despite my numerous attempts to collect. I ended up telling the end user that she didnt pay me for the work.  I even offered to know $300 off of the bill since I know how it it to be a small business. Needless to say, there have been promises to pay but never a payment. Its been over a year.
