This company is interested only in ruining credit and getting your money. I have a zero balance with Spring PCS and Cavalry denies that my account is fully paid when contacted by Credit Report Agencies (transunion and experian, specifically). My account was delinquent but it is no longer.
They've sent (uncertified) letters saying they're altering our arbitration agreement and are going to sue in court. For $200, yeah right!
I don't think Cavalry is going to change, this has to be on Sprint's shoulders.

They will be VERY interested in your story, especially considering that they are getting numerous complaints of the same nature about this company. I never even had a Sprint PCS account, yet they made multiple entries for the same amount and it finally took contact from my attorney to get these false entries removed. Calvary is yet another bottom-feeder, and what they do screams out loud the need for credit reporting reform, as the credit bureaus cannot "verify" something that does not exist.
You can file a complaint online.
It seems like that when one bottom-feeder gets shut down, other s**t floats to the top....
