Several years ago, I thought I had settled an account with MCI (which was a bogus $108 charge for phone services that I didn't even know I had). Now a collection is being shown on my credit report for CBCS Collections and the account open date moves closer to the current date each time I've viewed my credit report. This one little glitch on my credit is damaging and unfair.

cbcsnational.com/ is a web address I found, but they will not respond to my emails.
