Breach of Contract!

When a company makes promises to deliver service and they breach the promise by not providing the agreed upon service, they broke the contract. The consumer doesn't need a "gun to his head" reference about signing the contract. The customer agreed to pay for a service he was not given... that's Fraud on the part of the company! I suggest anyone who has a complaint against this company call their respective Attorney General in their state and keep on calling. Hopefully this company will get the picture that they can't defraud people with their unfair business practices!

to force you to sign all those fine print documents, without, apparently, reading them.
MOST contracts have terms "locking you in" to their terms and the reason you are attempting to opt out are not even considered.
What would you think, if you were still running your business and THEY decided to not honor the terms of the contract?
"They are lying SOB...."
What specifically did they "lie" about?
If they lied and circumvented the written contract, you have a case agains them.
If you are just using hyperbole, you probably don't.
Sorry for your hard times, but even though they "held a gun to your heads" and made you sign a multi-page, fine print, one sided, unfair contract....you DID sign it. Then again, the force they obviously used may be cause for you to claim you signed under duress. ;)
