"I had been having trouble with my computer with pop ups, slow on downloading and just getting aggravating! I had thought it was from downloading Chrome so decided to switch to Firefox/Mozilla. I could not access my new HP scanner/copier/laser printer via our quasi-home-network. He walked me through the software installation (a 15 minute process) on my wife's laptop and confirmed printer access, then did the same for the installation on computer (both Windows 7-based). He also helped me set up wireless mobile device printing via our phones and iPad.

He helped me for 30-40 minutes, during which time I'm sure other people 'on hold' were going nuts, but I was appreciative of his ensuring everything was working as expected
