Placed an order for an antenna 4 weeks ago. Called everyday and sent emails every day for the last 2.5 weeks. No response and no returned calls. Even when you call you only get a voicemail system.

Also, you have 3 choices. One is service, other is shipping and the last is accounting. No one EVER picks up the phone and it goes to a voicemail system where no one returns your call.

I filed with www.bbb.org and filed a complaint with VISA.
