CBT Direct Ripoff Did not honor money-back guarantee instead masked it into a warranty Clearwater, Florida

I received a call from CBT direct calling my work for someone who didn't work for us anymore. The was from CBT direct looking for an ex-employee to renew their training with CBT direct. I told them that he didn't work with us anymore but if there was any way I could help. He continued on about how I can sign up for a 30-day risk free money back guarentee training course in A+, MCSE, and MCSD. I told him i'd think about it and i'd let him know. He called me the next day pushing asking me to sign up and if I do it now then he can work out payment plans but only if i acted now. He told me it was risk free and i'd be able to get my money back if i wasn't happy. He sent me a link to the site and told me to skip all the mumbo-jumbo and sign. I did and now I don't have time to take the courses so I asked for a refund. Well he never got back to me. So I called him and he said it was forwarded to the customer service department. I called customer service myself after 3 days and they said they would get back to me. they never did either.

I decided to dispute the charge on my credit card and only after they received it did they decide to get in touch with me. I never logged into their product, nor downloaded anything. Everything is left untouched after sign up. I am still waiting on a dispute rebuttle from CBT direct from the credit card company. if it comes back on my next bill, i will contact my lawyer.
