They are located at #300 Kingsway Ave Vancouver BC. We have been harrased for two years by these clowns who are trying to obtain money from us for absolutely no reason whatsoever. They create the name of someone (with your same phone number) and attempt to obtain money from you. BEWARE if you receive calls from CBV COLLECTIONS 1888 226 0228 make sure to keep records of the calls and contact the CRTC or the Better Business Bureau, ASAP
