Upfront paid money for loan modification that was denied in Jan. 2011 and the contract signed with CC Brown was 100% refundable which is why I went with them.

Since Jan. 2011 they have jerked me around and continue to advise me someone is handling the refund but never calls me back and haven't seen any of that money.

DO NOT use this law firm, as part of the contract is you cannot take them to small claims court.
