I bought a vacation package from this company which was suppose to never expire.  When I went to redeem it I was told that the package was no longer available.  I had paid $399 for the package.  They offered me another package for an extra $299 which I did not like as well as the one I bought.  I requested a refund from a man named Andre Lewinski who I had dealt with when I purchased the package.  I then talked to his boss, Carl Davis the owner of the company and was told I would get a refund.  He is a hard person to get ahold of.  If I would leave a message he would not return my calls.  I talked to him several times.  He would keep telling me the check was in the mail.  He first said I would receive it within 5 days to 7 days.  No check so I called him.  He then said I would receive the check by the end of the week.  I waited for a week and called him again and asked him who he sent the check to and what address.  He said to hold while he checked on it.  He then hung up and did not return my calls and all I could get was the answering machine.  I finally got ahold of him again and he said I would have the check by today at the latest.  No check and can not reach him (as usual).  I am tired of this man lying to me.  He is a complete liar and a fraud and I would advise anyone to never ever deal with this man or his company.  I just contacted my credit card company although it has been over a year since I paid for this, although this scumbag has strung me along for 2 months by telling me the check was in the mail.
