I received a letter and a FIRST NATIONAL CARD in the mail. CCA AKA CREDIT SERVICE DIVISION. THEY requested me to call to activate the CCA FIRST NATIONAL MEMBERCARD.I have not done so.

HOWEVER, THEY ARE CLAIMING THAT THEY WILL ELECTRONICALLY take my money from my savings account whether I activate the card or not. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
