C.C.A. - First National Credit Card, almost

I got this offer from them in the mail yesterday, for something like $8,500. This morning I called to check and see about it. All seemed pretty well until the moron I was talking to said that all they had to do was deduct $199 or something from my checking account. I told him 'no way' and that if I had an extra couple hundred dollars just laying around I wouldn't even be calling about the credit card. He kept bugging me on when would be a better time, when I would definitely have the money. I told him maybe I'd call them back in a couple of years.
