ccbill is just a payment processing co. like TicketEddy

A lot of rip off reports I read here misunderstood the difference between the rip-off entity and the payment processing company. Like TicketEddy, ccbill is just a payment processing firm that handles payment for customers. The entity that does the rip-off may be some of those customers. Here are the parties:
1. card holder, like you.
2. company that sells goods to you uses its own terminal.
3. company that sells goods to you uses terminal like Google Checkout, PayPal, TicketEddy, or ccbill.
4. Bank that handles the payment.
When you go shopping online, you use a shopping cart. When you are done, you go to checkout, the merchant may be using Google Checkout.
Google Checkout asks you to enter credit card number, and you do.
Google Checkout get money from your credit card company, takes its fees and gives the rest to the merchant.
Switch Google Checkout to TicketEddy or ccbill, and switch you to someone that stole your credit card.
The process is the same, and Google Checkout, TicketEddy, and ccbill are not responsible, it's the thief that's stealing from you. Fortunately, if it was really a thief, you are off the hook. The IP is recorded on all online transactions. If you were deceptively lead to enter your credit card info, the dispute is between you and the fraudster. It has nothing to do with Google Checkout, TicketEddy or ccbill. They may terminate the fraudster's account if it proves the fraudster's fraud. No one likes charge backs. It costs them money, about $30 per chargeback.
So, stop wasting time on messengers and go after the thieves, that's where you will find your money.

CCBILL

CCBILL apparently thinks it is Equitable practice to make offers, or allow their clients to make offers, on their Web Pages while customers are subscribing!
They will make offers hidden in the corners opposite of where you are working and if you don't carefully check the whole pages, you won't see them!
And they don't give you the opportunity to SIGN UP yourself, They just "CHECK THE SELECTIONS for you! Then say you chose them, because you didn't "SEE IT".
An ETHICAL" site would utilize PAYPAL or TRUSTCASH!
But they don't want them because, with Them, They Can't "RIP YOU OFF".
