CCD Credit collection services This company is a scam. They sent me a collection notice for an account I do not owe anything on. Norwood Maine

 I was sent a collection notice, they claim is from Comcast Cable, saying that I owe over $300. That's a lot of money to a hard working single mom... They were stating that this will effect my credit unless I pay them immediately. I get my payments to Comcast automatically deducted out of my bank account every month. So I called Comcast and asked them if for some reason they had made an error on my account. The rep from Comcast assured me that both of my accounts were up to date and I should dismiss the notice. Of course if CCS is actually going to make a report to my credit then I need to deal with them. They need to be stopped. Why have they not been busted for scamming people???
