Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This company is a complete fraud. They have next to no technicians and no sales prople. The are operating a ponzi scheme. They will charge you for everything. Lie about everything.
This compnay is the office products version of teh movie Bolier Room. Not one of their few employees has a clue about copiers. They take advantage of non profits, religious groups, State and Federal Government and just regular business people.
Steer az clear as possible from them. They paid thousand to the BBB to get the membership- it's worthless. Call some of their clients and ask about them. They are operating on a shoe string, have no money and don't pay vendors and customers

I have worked in the industry for ten years, this is a very unfortunate reality of some companies "machines work so much better now we don't need experienced techs, just a guy for 12 dollars an hour with a manual and a screwdriver" up front you save a few bucks but in the long run poor service costs you, feel free to call me at (631) 491-0763 and i will try to help you solve your issues. All our employees have a technical backround even the guy that answers the phone!

CCP shows a long list of customers most of the customers they show are former customers who got screwed over and are now doing their own coin operated copiers and making a lot more money than CCP was payint them.
This is a rinky dink opertion with about 4 tecnicians servicing accounts its a house of cards
