John Lich of CCR Renovations hired us to do 3 separate jobs at 3 different times all within 40 day all for the same store all were night jobs requiring 2 Technicians. We were required to buy all materials, The conduit and unistrut was required to be painted white. We completed all 3 jobs along with pictures of the jobs and had all 3 invoices signed off by the store managers.

  We had all the invoices turned in on time along with store manager signatures & pictures of the jobs.

Over time we have talked to John on several occasions about the bill. He put us off for a long time then stopped answering his phone at all. I could get ahold of him if I used a number he didn't know.

 Eventually I got ahold of him and he said he had sent the check out this is about 2 days before, this went on for a couple months. We never received any money for parts or Labor. 

 We checked and found out that Toys r us had paid him about 3 times more than we had charged but he never paid us. That's fine its business but that told me he made plenty on the job and should have paid us.

    Now its been almost 2 yrs  (we did the jobs in 2013 ) we have sent him emails, texted him, mailed invoices, and called him. Occasionally we get ahold of him now he claims he doesn't know anything about the jobs.

I have his signatures on the invoices with the dates and I met him at the jobs and went through the scope of work with him. On all 3 occasions we worked together half the night.

  He seems like a honest man when you meet him and he works for reputable companies so I never questioned him.

Believe me you don't want to work for him if you want to get paid. we are out about $4000.00 be tween parts and labor.
