Active Plateau Dynamics (APD) was advised by Dawn Williams Account Executive of CDS Global Logistics, that delivery by air would be a the most cost effective method for shipping the product from China.  After asking, Ms. Williams quoted cost of delivery as, around $200 it is real cheap.  When the product reached Atlanta APD was given a cost of 400+ dollars.  APD asked to have the product sent back and emailed a complaint to CDS Global Logistics.  However, due to the concern of protecting the products design APD decided to accept delivery.  Subsequently, APD was informed by Ms. Williams that delivery from the airport would be just another $20.  The day after the product should have arrived APD received yet anther phone call from Ms. Williams saying, it is now $834.  Friday September 4, 2009 the driver accepted the $486 as payment for the entire shipment.

CDS Global Logistics has now filed a claim against Active Plateau Dynamics of $477.21 from John Tenaglia of Slater, Tenaglia, Fritz & Hunt, P.A.
