We booked The Inspiration cabin from August 23rd-26th and after we unpacked all of our stuff, including food for 12 people for 3 days, we discovered bedbugs in all of the beds. Management moved us that night . The house they moved us to was very dirty and we were promised clean linens and towels and never received them.
On the 26th Wendy the manager called and told me that we were getting a full refund and an additional 2 night stay completly free for our troubles. After a month of going back and forth dealing with Wendys lies I've only received a small part of my money back. I just found out that the cabin was never treated and was rented the following weekend after us and that family was attacked nightly from the bedbugs and had to seek medical attention after they returned home.
The cabin is still booked and has not been treated. They refuse to accept responsibility for this. I have since disputed the charges on my credit card and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and have left reviews for the company. I have videos that are time and location stamped of the bedbugs.
