After reciving my order I tried to cancel my membership after several phone calls and e-mails I tried another # and talked to a sellsperson he stated that it was canceled and I would not be charged and to send a e-mail to them. I did this but on the next bank statement there was the charge $169.95 for membership. I called they they stated that they would reimburse the account, I took them at their word bad mistake on my part. the next statement no reimbursement. Now all phone #s and e-mails are noworking small wonder this is a PURE RIPOFF.
