Logistical improvements

We apologies for the poor first time shopper experience.

We are a brand new company, established in 2020, and as with any new retailer, kinks need to be worked out. In efforts to ramp up this improvement, we closed our operations for a few months to adjust all logistics to now use ONLY US BASED MANUFACTURERS and SUPPLIERS. Shipping and customer service should not be an issue moving forward.

We did proactively issue you a full refund for your order due to the delayed processing time and this is a practice we still honor for anyone who is unsatisfied.

We have had several hundred orders since this complete logistical revamp without any negative experience from our customers. As we grow, we continue to strive for improvement in our processes.
