I signed up for this product on a trial offer. i paaid for the shipping and had 30 days to see if i liked the product. after getting my bank statement

, i see that i was billed 129.95 by the company. The time on the trial offer hasnt even gone by by yet! I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE and got the run-around....stating that they have no record of my purchase on file. i read other Ripoff Reports of them doing the same thing!! i want to know what can be done.........Im canceling myb debit card so that no further charges can be put on it. i would like to know how i go about getting my 129.95 back.

If you are complaining about getting a sample and then getting charged; it was clear that you had to cancel the conintuing orders if you didn't like the sample. I called the # and cancelled it, I never got charged except for the shipping of the sample order.
