I submitted a quote for my Samsung Galaxy Note for and received a quote of $247. I proceeding with the selling of my phone through this company. I printed and shipped the phone of September 20, 2015. It was received on September 24 and have yet to get a response by email, or a phone call. I have called numerous time at different times and there is never anyone to answer calls. I have sent several emails and get the same "we will get back with you, if you have questions call this number". At this point I want my $247 or my phone back.
