I bought 2 Samsung 5S phones from Cell2U4Less on March 7th. I contacted them on April 10th because a phone would not turn on. My request for a return was denied as their warranty is only 30 days.
I tried to use the year warranty from Samsung, and was denied as both phones were used, not new as described. They were out of warranty. This company is selling used phones as new, which i believe is fraud. Amazon agreed to refund my money but then reneged and said they couldn't do anything as I was over the 30 day return window.
