Cellairis Cell Phone, iPhone, iPad Repair Orlando Matt Kelly District Manage Unreliably Crooks Orlando Florida

I visited this store early December of 2015 and met with Magaen who sounded like a nice girl but little or no experince. I had a crack on my son's Iphone 1st generation. The ipad was woth maybe $50 - I aksed what is the best deal to get the ipad fixed; she offered my $57 whihc is an ok deal sicne the ipad will be worth $100 though now the screen is fixed.

I left her with my credit card number and came next day. I never signed any credit recipts since I was told it would be emailed to me. I went next day tp pick up the ipad; not to my surprose it was not ready, so I came by end of day to find out that the techiniciam didnt have adhesive glue to complete the install; I was out of time so I took the ipad regardeless.

Two days later I got my credit card stament with $128 charge. I called Mgent who appologieszed and said she will take care of it. I made several visits to fix the problem but never failes she still cant figure out how to issue a refund. She promised to take care of it on her own and email me a recipt; well that didnt happend so I went by again to to take care of the matter; and this is when I met this little shrimp looking guy with Superiority complex his name is Matt kelly! he clearly had one thing in mind is to screw me. I leftt he store and came by next day to get my refund; but this time Magan decided that she will nto issue the refund and told me its our of her hand that her emplpoyer is a crook! 

I do take responisbility since I was warned by my neghbor not to go there; but I wanted to support local and this is what I got un return! stay away from these guys; I doubt a company with such culture can stay in business long and I hope no one goes through the mess I went through.

The Short End of it I dit get my money back form my cc company since I am prtected agauinst fraud which what Cellairis stands for!

stay away thats my advice... go to apple wait in line you are much better off.
