I was challenged to an IQ test on facebook. In order to get my results I had to enter a cell phone number. I had no idea that I was going to be charged for anything. I did not knowingly agree to or subscribe to anything. Then I started getting charge of 9.99 on my cell phone bill. Tried to cancel according to their directions and still getting billed.
