*UPDATE Employee: Galaxy S3 Unlocking Issues
On 08/20/ 2013, i purchased a Unloc Code for my Samsung Galaxy S 3. The code came to my email rather my phone workingquiclky in about three minutes. I folllowed all instructions that were given to me and none worked. I went to my local t-mobile store and the sales person attempted 4 times to make the phone work wit a t- mobile sim card installed and nothing worked. I was forced to go to a cell phone store and pay an additional # 35.00. To finally get my phone working. Do not use this company becaus they are dishonest and not trust worthy. They are internet criminals and please do not do business with these crooks.

#1 UPDATE Employee
Galaxy S3 Unlocking Issues
AUTHOR: Cellphoneunlock Staff - ()
SUBMITTED: Monday, February 02, 2015
First of all, we would like to point out that we have just signed up for Ripoff Report as we are working to always improve our service. When we have signed up for this, we noticed that there was this review from a few years ago. We were able to find a record of an order placed on our site that matched the date/phone/location of the report.
The Samsung Galaxy S3 is one of the most difficult Samsung devices to unlock. We recognize this and that's why on the instructions we have given to the customer along with the code, there are extra steps on the bottom should the code not work right away. The instructions absolutely do not say to keep on trying should it not work, but to 1) contact us (as mentioned in the terms and conditions), and 2) read the troubleshooting section.
It is a widely accepted fact that the Solution 1 provided in the Troubleshooting section of the instructions allows the code that doesn't work at first to work the second time around. This has been reported on XDA Forums, various Android forums, as well as individuals and other unlocking websites on Youtube.
Based on the information we have about the date/phone/location of this order for the unlocking, the customer did not contact us for any sort of help. We received the order, then less than 12 hours later, we received a message demanding a refund and questioning the legitimacy of our website. There was never any attempt to ask for any help, nor was there any sign that this customer read the instructions properly, in full.
We're not sure how we could be "dishonest and not trust worthy" when there was never any messages sent to us asking for help. We have dealt with thousands of S3's not unlocking, and we've have fixed those issues very easily with the above mentioned troubleshooting step.
For those technologically curious: Dial *#197328640# > UMTS > Phone control > Network Lock > Perso sha256 ON > If it says Enable_Flag[0], restart phone here > Try code again. It works on any S3 using stock firmware. If it's rooted/using custom firmware, then of course this adds more issues.
Thanks
